Solid day for team Canada in Hamburg today. Our 3 women placed in the top 15. Lauren proved that she can run well in the heat AND in the cold. Second fastest run split for 4th. Kathy added another good race to her season with a 10th and Paula Findlay ended the day with a 15th place. Conditions were pretty hard today with the blowing wind and pouring rain but the women raced hard and it payed off.
