Portland, Oregon

First day in Oregon at the Nike headquarters. A first good day here as Simon, Kyle, Lauren and Andrew trained with Jerry Schumacher's group.

The facilities are unreal and the Oregon Project elite group is packed with talented and hard working athletes divided between Alberto's and Jerry's groups. Kyle (Mr. Stats) is way better than myself at this but between Dathan Ritzenhein, Matt Tegenkamp, Kara Goucher, fellow canadian Simon Bairu and others, the stats are quite impressive.

I'm looking forward to tomorrow's hill repeats with the group.

Finally, here's a picture of the Lance Armtronsg pool... Crystal and Commonwealth are nice but the glass wall isn't too bad either.
